SAVELA was born from a love of scent, design, and the feeling a beautifully curated space can create.

Founded in Toronto, SAVELA is an independent fragrance and lifestyle brand focused on creating pieces that feel just as beautiful in your home as they smell. What began with a passion for candle making has evolved into a collection inspired by interiors, travel, memory, architecture, and the quiet rituals that make a space feel personal.

Every SAVELA candle is thoughtfully created using pure soy wax, carefully selected fragrance blends, and lead-free cotton wicks. From the scent profile to the vessel and packaging, each detail is considered with the intention of creating something understated, elevated, and timeless.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Savannah, the founder of SAVELA.

I’ve always been drawn to the way fragrance can completely change the atmosphere of a room. A certain scent can make a space feel warmer, bring back a memory, transport you somewhere else, or simply make an everyday moment feel a little more special.

SAVELA grew from that idea.

I wanted to create candles and objects that didn’t feel like an afterthought in a home, but instead became part of the space itself. Pieces you want to leave out, style on a coffee table, light while entertaining, or reach for during a quiet evening at home.

I’m involved in the details behind SAVELA—from developing fragrances and pouring candles to designing the packaging, collections, and overall experience of the brand.

For me, SAVELA is about more than fragrance. It’s about creating atmosphere.
